Bin-day rules

Before you put the bins out

  • Put bins out by 7am, no more than one metre from the kerb, with at least 50cm between bins.
  • Keep glass separate in the blue bin; mixed recycling belongs in the yellow bin.
  • Good Friday, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day collections move to the following Saturday in the published 2026/27 exceptions.
