Bin-day rules

Before you put the bins out

  • Put refuse bags, the recycling bin and glass crate at the kerb by 7:30 am on the assigned day.
  • Use only official council refuse bags for the council collection.
  • Keep glass separate from mixed recycling and leave lids off bottles and jars.
  • A property outside Zone One is not treated as receiving a council kerbside service.
