Important rules

Use the service properly

  • Put recycling in loose — never inside a plastic bag.
  • Empty containers before recycling and leave lids attached.
  • No plastic or compostable bags in FOGO.
  • Put bins out after 3 pm the day before collection and return them the same day.
  • Keep lids closed, bins under 60 kg and waste off the ground.
